network code and user password from virtual
mobile network service dealers. (Revised law

Because virtual mobile network service is provided
through renting the network capacity and services
from mobile network business dealers, the mobile
network code and user passwords should be given
by the mobile network affair dealer in cooperation,
and pay the cost of using the number to the
