CC Video Inc. 世新視訊股份有限公司 was founded in January 1993. In 1994 the company was integrated into CC Cable Broadcasting System 世新有線撥送系統and obtained cable television establishment license in May 1996. In September 1996 the company was integrated into CYCCATV again and passed the cable television system engineering inspection for the whole area of Taiwan in September 1999. On 31st January 2000 the company obtained its cable broadcast and television system operation license. On 28th February 2000 it formally started the operation. In March 2001 the company obtained leased line business establishment license issued by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. In November 2001 it obtained Class 2 telecommunication business license issued by the Directorate General for Telecommunications, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications. The company's services include cable broadband networking, fixed leased line, and HFC bandwidth leasing.
