Working in the Greater China Economic Area for two years, ISnet has been grossing 20% and obtained almost 280 corporate clients since 2002. For 2003, ISnet will keep its gross profit to 60% and elevate the profit of VPN to form 20% to 30% of the total profit.

The objective for 2003 is to become the biggest VPN (Virtual Private Network) provider in Greater China and expand its value-added services, including management outsourcing and developing system integration services with ERP and CRM research partners. Regarding improving quality of service and customer satisfaction, it will provide integrated and high quality service solutions. By elevating the staff’s professional knowledge and encouraging the acquisition of licenses, its professional agents are able to build up long term relations with clients and solve service problems in realtime. It also provides medium and large corporate clients MPLS-VPN services and ERP integration, video-conferencing systems and system integration, as well as IT budget planning and consulting.

In regards to services, isVPN (Virtual Private Network), designed for corporations which need a great amount of communication needs, adopts IP collective management structures to integrate data, audio and video into single IP platforms through Cisco network system. The service provides corporate users solutions to integrate traditional audio and data networks from two different interfaces.

isMPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) is a multifunctional communication solution, which supplies the requirements of bandwidth management and IP basic backbone network by providing excellent transmission speed, stability, quality of service (QoS), and traffic control.

Launched in January 2003, isMS (Infoserve Management Services) is a complete performance and information security management service. It provides corporations remote control and integrates consultation services 24 hours a day 7days a week. Its standardized and customized web information management service release corporations from viruses and security threats. Monitored and controlled by ISnet, corporation servers and application systems reduce most of the possibilities of failure and incidents.
