DTS international information transmission service
and fax storage operated over the years were still
the major items to serve enterprise customers
after it invested in the ISR market, but domestic
long distance has been added. Facing the evolution
of new technology of the Internet, an Internet
Telephony Gateway (ITG) that can be used peer-to-peer
or multi-peers has been developed, and with better
quality and low cost. Users of the same group
only have to purchase equipment, and do not need
to pay high amount of international or long-distance
connection fee, which means you can enjoy it for
the entire life and only have to pay the fee once.
In addition, NTC has a solid technological background,
so it has developed Intelligent Network Soft-Switch
(INSS) and has entered into the last testing stage.
Looking at the important sales direction in
2003, the expansion of the international market
will be a sustained objective. The friendly
cooperative relationship with world-renowned
telecommunication companies and local fixed
network operators will still be continued. The
permanent and successful businesses of local
end users are duplicates of “NTC experiences”.
Areas such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand,
Hong Kong and Mainland China are the ones NTC
expected to enhance strength and profundity
this year.
Next, ITC that gained great result in 2002
is expected to achieve its high peak in 2003.
The mature productivity of INSS also can provide
domestic and foreign ISR operators. The greatest
characteristic of INSS is to combine traditional
circuit exchange and digital package exchange
methods to allow the separation of service layers
including signaling, call control, voice and
data, which will not only in accordance with
the flexible trend of network switches in the
future, but also can completely integrate various
resources. The solution to expand and adopt
IP unlimitedly has successfully used IP resources.
The dispersion of connections can reduce the
burden of the same equipment and satisfy large
amounts of need for exchange, which not only
meets American and European standards, even
messages after modification can also be connected.
This can be proved because the INSS at present
has already successfully connected with switches
of world-renowned manufacturers.
Finally, regarding the rules of taking part
in the fund raising market, NTC takes into account
that expanding its vision will consider to receive
examination first in Taiwan’s unlisted stock
market. NTC hopes to challenge itself and future
under the existing economic basis and customers’
encouragement and support.
