Professional Innovation Collaboration was founded
in 1997, and its stockholders include 7-ELEVEN
and related enterprises within the group. The
objective for establishment was to provide relevant
services such as communications, information and
system integration for related enterprises of
the group.
Professional Innovation Collaboration uses
its advanced IP professional technology to provide
network connection and information processing
operational services for related enterprises.
It also integrates information, networks, voice
and video to create competitive advantages for
the President Group. Moreover, it provides various
kinds of platforms for network value-added services,
such as server co-locations, network exchange
platforms, and network security management to
satisfy e-needs by related enterprises. A 24-hour
network management center also exists to provide
related enterprises with a reliable and secure
network operation environment with high quality.
It finished the Internet exchange platform
within the group in 2002, and mutually connected
with large domestic ISP operators. The network
traffic in 2001 developed 400%, not only providing
a fast and convenient network platform for related
enterprises, but also speeding up information
integration and resource sharing with the President
Group.
There are two important sales directions in
2003, first, continue to establish the new headquarters
of 7-ELEVEN/store system (the 2nd generation
of POS) with NRI. Second, enhance the three
aspects of basic frame, network and appliances
to create solutions for enterprises, and services
have to cover three layers such as advisers
and consultants, management and control, and
support and services.
Professional Innovation Collaboration is actively
making strategic alliance with domestic and
foreign relevant operators such as Chunghwa
Telecom Co., HP and CISCO based on its solid
base. Therefore, Professional Innovation Collaboration
can maintain existing operational advantages
in the competitive market. It will still continue
to make new alliances in 2002, and provide its
customers with an omni-bearing value added service.
