SayHiNET
In 1996, Mr. Chou Shi Jie invested in the Sayhi
Digital Communication Corporation in the States.
In July of 1999, Sayhi started operating as a
free dialup network in Asia, and used www.sayhi.net
as the name for its website. In January of 2000,
Sayhi Digital Communications Corporation was renamed
as Sayhi Digital Group and merged with the branch
company of the Cayman Islands and totally possessed
the ownership of the branch companies in China
and Taiwan.
The mission of Sayhi Digital Group is to become
the largest free dialup brand in the Asia Pacific
region and refer to the NetZero and FreeServe
as the business model for the free dialup service
brands in the States and the United Kingdom
respectively. When Sayhi successfully achieved
such mission, other companies of the same nature
also followed Sayhi to join the world’s largest
free dialup network. Sayhi achieved such mission
by inviting the local strategic partners to
directly invest in its Cayman Islands Holding
Company, and then invested in the Dome Digital
Holding Corporation in every Asia Pacific region
and country, becoming the major investor and
technical backup for the branches in every country.
As a major investor of all branch companies,
Sayhi uses technical operation and financial
management to manage the entire corporate network
while managing the corporation to make it a
listed company. Sayhi, the largest free dialup
service in Asia Pacific region and a company
having the potential being the world’s largest
free dialup service brand, has no doubt about
its value as a listed company and its potential
of increasing its value.
