Instead of the title e-Inclusion for People with
Disabilities, we might want to use the title e-Embracement of All People for
the workshop.

The issue of digital divide people with disabilities
face is the joint responsibilities of (1) Government; (2) Society; (3)
Educational Community; (4) Technical Community.
